Our mini taster menu for £10 includes chicken in soy, fish in coconut turmeric sauce and dhal and vegetable curry. You get all 3 and you can have more of one and less of another. If for example, you'd prefer 2 portions of fish and 1 dhal then you can have it. Washed down with a cold Tiger beer or chilled dry house wine and you'll be in 7th Heaven. No need to book just turn up btween 5.30 to 7pm

Sweet Chili Salmon recipe

This quick and easy dish takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. As you only need 2 ingredients i.e. salmon and chili sauce make sure you buy the best. Evidently 54's sauce is the best but you can use others.

Smear salmon with sauce
place in lightly oiled oven dish
cover with foil
bake at 200c
10 mins for pink
15 for cooked through

serve with noodles to continue Asian theme or with new potatoes and salad.

Excellent cold with mayonnaise as salad or sandwich filling!
